Faucet installation in North York often starts in a 1950s or 1960s bungalow or side-split, where the original two-handle taps sit on four-inch centres in a small steel-rimmed sink. The cabinet opening is tight, the nuts underneath are rusted, and the new faucet is a different shape entirely.
I replace kitchen and bathroom faucets, shower heads, toilets, drains, supply lines and shut-off valves. Willowdale, Bathurst Manor, Downsview and the Yonge corridor are regular ground for me, houses and apartments both.
